They also alleviate symptoms associated with cold and influenza. Each caplet contain 500mg of paracetamol an analgesic and antipyretic agent. The recommended dosage for adults the elderly and children over 16 years is one to two caplets every four to six hours not exceeding eight caplets every four to six hours with a maximum of four caplets in24 hours. These caplets are for oral use only and should be swallowed with water. Do not exceed the recommended dose and avoid taking other paracetamol-containing products simultaneously.
